5. Order Process An order is only confirmed, and a binding sales contract is formed, when you receive our official “Shipment Confirmation” email.
6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to) out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or invalid payment details.
7. Pricing and Taxes All displayed prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping fees and any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be imposed by your country.
8. Payment Methods We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and PayPal through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card information.
9. Delivery Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk and ownership of the goods pass to you as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
10. Return & Refund Policy Please refer to the separate “Return & Refund Policy” page. We accept returns within 07 days of receipt only for unused products that remain in their original sealed packaging.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.
